职位描述：
TZG Partners(高瞻资本）集团公司招聘法务经理一职：

工作职责：
1、 处理各项目公司及对外的法律事务，对公司的各项业务提供法律风险评估并提出相应的解决方案。
2、 起草、审核、修订公司对外各类协议与合同，以确保符合法规要求，降低和避免经营中的风险。为公司各业务部门提供法律支持，包括参与谈判、推进与客户或供应商之间协议。
3、 审核公司内部法律文件以及公司规章制度，为公司内部各个部门提供必要的法律支持。必要时，组织或者协助组织公司内部法律培训。
4、 寻求对公司发展有利的包括税收方面的法律或政策规定，并提出相应的法律建议。
5、 能够独立地代表公司处理各类纠纷，维护公司合法权益。
6、 必要时，保持与供应商、运营商、业主以及外部顾问有效的沟通。
7、 配合公司商务及执行管理人员，对公司的组建及法律框架、公司决策和重大投资决策给出专业建议。
8、能够独立完成上级领导交待的其他事务。

任职要求：
1、全日制法学相关专业大学本科及以上学历；英语熟练；
2、5年及以上法律相关工作经验，3年以上企业法务工作经验者优先；
3、熟悉公司法、合同法、商法、不动产法、劳动法以及外商直接投资领域相关法律，能够独立处理法律纠，包括代表公司进行诉讼和仲裁；
4、具有良好的职业道德和素养，责任心强、工作认真，有较强的人际沟通与协调能力；
5、持有律师执照者优先考虑。 举报 分享
