工 作 职 责Job Responsibility:
1. 分析解决注塑成型、烫金、丝印、喷涂等二次加工及装配生产过程中出现的技术问题Analyze and solve the technical issues during the production, including injection molding, hot stamping, silk screen, coating and assembling
2. 负责和协调生产过程中涉及产品部分模具的修改 Coordinate the modification of production and mould.
3. 负责制订修改、完善QC质量控制手册、BOM、tool plan、BOE等工程文件和产品图纸 Be in charge of modify and improve QC manual, BOM, tool plan, BOE and other documents and drawing.4. 负责绘制设计、修改生产中需的工装夹具图 Design and modify the fixture drawing.5. 完成上级交办的其他工作 Other work arranged by superior.
任职资格Qualification: ◆大专以上学历,机电类，有机高分子类专业。
College or above, degree in electrical and mechanical or organic polymer.
◆3年以上注塑行业生产工程工作经验。
3+ year experiences in production engineering of injection feld.
◆熟悉注塑成型工艺基本原理、常见缺陷及成因和基本解决对策，熟悉注塑模具结构。
Be familiar with basic knowledge of injection molding, common deficiencies, solutions and mould structure.
◆能够熟练分析解决注塑成型、烫金、丝印、喷涂等二次加工及装配生产过程中出现的技术问题。
Be good at analyze and solve the technical issues during the production, including injection molding, hot stamping, silk screen, coating and assembling
◆具有良好的分析判断能力。Have a good judgment.
◆熟练使用autoCAD,Pro/E或Solid work及word,excel等办公软件。
Operate Auto ACD, Pro/E, Solid work and other office software.
◆英语读写良好。Good English in writing &reading.
◆工作认真细致，思维活跃，有创新精神，良好的团队合作意识
Carefully and seriously, team spirit, with high work contribution responsibility.
◆优秀的品行和职业素质，强烈的敬业精神与责任感。Good moral and ethic.
◆有化妆品包装行业经验从优。Plus：experience in cosmetic plastic packaging
