Responsibility

1 Lead project team and manage the retail project by following defined project process and system, ensuring successful project completion and handover within specified timeframe, stipulated budget and with high quality and HSE compliance;
2 Carry out the small to medium size projects with assessing tendering, negotiating contract, assembling project team, identifying appropriate resources needed, controlling budget and
schedule, monitoring site activities and achieving project deliverables;
3 Serve as the key contact for communication and coordination efforts regarding project scope, planning, scheduling, field start-up, manufacturing status, installation and maintenance, defect rectification, variation issues;
4 Support the project team throughout the progress of the project; Train, guide and mentor project team members as required;

Requirements:

Education & Qualification 1st Degree of interial design or construction management;
Knowledge & Experience At least 7 years of relevant work;
Moderate in both written and spoken English;
General Skill Moderate level of communication and interpersonal skill;
Functional Skill Understanding of SIP’s responsibilities on the project;
Ability to understand commercial;
Must be able to understand and apply Employer Requirements;
Can be accept travel.

Shanghai SIP Engineering Consulting Ltd. (SIP) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Colliers International. It was established in 1993 as a specialist engineering and construction project management company; its aim was to support international companies seeking to enter the China market, by helping to procure, build, expand and/or refurbish the buildings or facilities they would need to succeed here, and managing that process from start to finish, ensuring adherence to local regulations and the very best start for Clients’ China operations. Currently the company is headquartered in Shanghai, with supplementary operations in Beijing; it employs a team of 200, 90% of whom are Chinese nationals.

While the world’s largest manufacturing companies (which required factories in China, which could produce products for sale overseas) were the first to benefit from SIP’s expertise, as the China market has grown and developed, so SIP’s service-offering and capabilities have diversified.
