任职资格Qualification:

◆专科以上学历，有相关品管系统理念；英语良好; College or above, with quality system concept and training; good English.

◆能熟练使用SPC，8D报告，分析解决各种质量问题；Familiar with SPC, 8D report to analyses and solve quality problem.

◆有良好的人际沟通、组织协调能力；Good ability of communication, organization with other people.

◆熟悉办公软件及检验设备；Familiar with office software and test device.

工 作 职 责Job Responsibility:

1. 参与产品开发，协助项目工程师完成测量、测试等工作,根据客户品质要求制定内部质量控制表; Attend new project development, help PE to complete the work of measuring and testing, make inner quality control sheet according to customers' quality spec and requirement.

2. 生产过程中发生的质量问题的分析、处理、追踪;Analysis, disposal and following up for the quality problem in production process.

3.制定纠正、预防和改进措施，并跟踪验证，防止异常事故再发生；Set up corrective, preventive & improved action plan, follow and check to avoid the cases happening again in next process.

4.协助建立、健全并维护公司品质保证体系,确保其有效性； Layout, push and improve the quality assurance system.
