职位描述：
1. 学习中心大厅、走廊及教室环境布置，并指导、监督老师完成；
2. 培训新老师：学习中心介绍、课程内容及教材、教授方式、授课技巧；
3. 个人授课能力保持：个人带班，每月最多20课时，保持掌握与发现教学情况，不与教学脱节；
4. 每周教务例会，每天上班开午会，组织老师集体备课；
5. 配合招生部完成招生工作，做好新生的排班工作；
6. 每月固定时间（或视情况而定）和招生部讨论排班需求，定出下月新开班级数量和时间；
7. 遇到大型节庆活动，设计活动方案；
8. 监督考核老师，保证教学品质，教师岗位说明书中提到的课前、课中、课后三部分内容；
9. 每周定期的听课工作，以及安排教师与教师之间的听评课；
10. 每周教务数据汇总上交总部。

任职资格:
1. 具有三年以上少儿英语教学经验，两年以上培训机构教学管理经验；
2. 身体健康，形象气质良好，性格活泼开朗，富有亲和力；
3. 英语发音标准，口齿清晰，英语表达能力强，能与外教进行沟通；
4. 喜欢孩子，热爱英文教育事业，熟悉少儿英语教育市场，有独到的少儿英语教学理念和方法；
5. 责任心强，具备较强的管理能力；
6. 具有管理经验，英语流利。
