职位描述：
工作内容：
1. Industrial Engineer in charge to define and realize the Process study of new Project and to assist Project leader during the development.
工业工程师负责新项目的定义和实现过程的研究,在开发过程中协助项目负责人。
2. Consulted during Quotation step he/she will have to propose an industrial solution for the project. Estimate a budget to make this solution achievable. He/she will need to realize a draft process study. He/she will also review the product design; propose modifications if needed and make the process safer and/or more efficient and/or less expensive.Work with project team to make the FMEA in order to avoid as much problems as possible.

3. Base on the Project Schedule,he/she draws schedule for Industrialization solution and insures it can respect it. He/she follow up and work to carry out the different step of the development T0/T1/T2/T3/PS/MP. He/she keeps a record of the different trials (Sampling Report) and make and following ( with ME department) a PDCA action plan to reach the targets decided at the Quotation step of the project.
根据新项目的总进度，提供经认可的计划表。跟进和工作开展的不同步骤发展T0 / T1 / T2 / T3 / PS / MP。保管各种不同测试的记录，追踪PDCA行动计划以达成新项目最初时制定的目标
4. He/she will set up the Flow Chart of production of the new project taking in account Performance/Time/Cost. Set up all Manufacturing routines. Determine, according to the lead time and the forecast quantities, the Manufacturing Methods which optimize the quality and the cost, keeping in mind lean manufacturing and automation spirit..
设立新项目的生产流程图，将性能/时间/成本考虑在内。设置所有的生产程序。确定,交货时间和预测数量,优化质量和成本的制造方法,具有精益制造和自动化精神. .
5. He must be aware about all specification (aspect, function, and dimension) and customer requirements. Base on that he/she will issue the SOP (Standard Operational Procedures) and WI (Working Instruction) to Production. Define all parameters to keep under control the process during Pre-series & Mass Production and assist Production team at the launch of Mass Production to insure Quality and Efficiency on the first deliveries.

6. Design all fixtures (coating, decoration, and assembly jigs and tools) to the Industrial process solution. Shear this information with ME and validate together the ideas. Define clearly specification to suppliers (Fixtures, Machines, US Horn, and Packing) to meet Quality & cost requirement. Issue final drawings of those one and submit it to Production and/or Quality and Maintenance team

9. More specifically, working closely with Project, Production/Maintenance and Quality leader，participating at the realization of the DRB/CRB, be incharge of defining all Processes Methods of new projects (SOP/WI), in order to be ready for Mass Production according to the Project Schedule and targets set. 11. Work with supplier to be informed of new technology our company could use to improve Quality, Efficiency or Cost.(Whit process manager and R&D director). Participate regularly to seminars / exhibition to keep up to date with new process techniques.

12. She /He involve with ME/quality/CI department to solve or improve problems in production or quality ( customer complain , capacity problems, new technology, etc.)

13. Participate in the design, the choices and the implementation of Production devices which will produce new products. Define the automation requirements.

15. Work with innovation team to give ideas to improve and innovate our process.

16. The process team give support in some demand for production and quality department (quality complains or industrial process problem) This demanded will validate for process leader and RD director.

任职资格：
教育背景/Education background:
◆University degree, Mechanicalengineering工业工程等大专以上学历(理工大学)
培训经历/Training history:
◆Experience in plastic packaging , electronic, or car indsutry塑胶包装行业经验
◆Knowledge of lean manufacturing& 6 Sigma (5S,SMED,DMAIC Methodology, FMEA, Control Plan,…）精益生产知识&6西格玛(5S,快速转模, 6西格玛改进技术, 失效模式与后果分析, 控制计划,)
◆Supplier follow up供应商追踪
经验/Experience:
◆Strong background automation system , Coating Plating ,anddecoration.(gluing / US welding / clipping / riveting, Hot stampins, SS,.. …) and good understanding of plastic and metallic parts. (5yrs+ )
5年以上注塑/ 喷油/ 电镀/ 装配工艺及自动化工作经验，了解塑胶及金属部件
技能技巧/Technical Skills:
◆Fully able to set up the machines or able to provide advice to set up the machine.能调试机器或对调试机器提供建议。
◆Experience to automatize process. ( machine , operation automatic or semi-automatic) 自动化过程的经验。 （机器，操作自动或半自动）
◆With good organizing ability (Planning, People, Material)良好的组织能力 (计划，人员，物料)
◆Familiar with office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), basic Solidworks abilities熟练操作办公软件及基本的三维软件
◆Able to carry out various technical-economic studies(ROI calculation) 能贯彻各种技术经济研究(投资回报率)
