职位描述：
Principle Responsibilities & Position Purpose:
职责目标：

This position is concerned with the purchase of food & beverage, general supplies, engineering and other items for the hotel at the best possible price without compromising on quality.
负责酒店食品和酒水,普通物品,工程用品和其他物品的采购,所有采购应保证质量并以尽可能以最好的价格.

Essential Responsibilities:
基本职责：

To place all orders in accordance with the purchase request / purchase orders / market list and the approved prices. where appropriate
根据采购申请单/采购定单/市场采购单和批准的价格处理所有的定单.
To obtain quotation for all food and beverage, general supplies and other items.
获取所有食品和酒水,普通物品和其他物品的报价.
To have market survey with user departments and cost control every month
每月与使用部门和成本控制进行市场调查.
To work closely with the Chef and Food and Beverage Manager to purchase the highest quality products with best price.
与行政总厨和餐饮部经理合作,采购质量最好。价格最便宜的物品。.
To strive for the prompt delivery to meet hotel request.
争取快速发货以满足酒店要求.
To ensure all the orders are handled as per established procedures.
确保所有定单按照建立好的程序处理.
To negotiate with suppliers for best quality product and at the best price and bring sample and price back for approval.
与供应商协商质量最好,价格最便宜的物品,并带回样品和价格批准.
To handle other duties as assigned by the Purchasing Manager
采购部经理安排的其他工作.
Assist the Accounts Payable in researching any discrepancies on invoices.
协助应付帐款处理发票差异.
Assist the Receiving Clerk to check the products quality being received
协助收货文员检查收取物品的质量.
To contact with concerning sections in engineering to confirm their requests.
与工程相关部门联系,确认其要求.
To maintain good working relations with all hotel departments and suppliers.
与所有酒店部门和供应商保持良好的工作关系.
