岗位职责/Job Description
- 汇报给公司总经理

    Report the General Manager of the company

- 协助总经理制定公司市场、销售、生产、质量控制、交期以及售后服务的目标和计划；

- Assist General Manager on planning and budgeting of the responsible area

- 领导、管理及训导团队实施既定的计划和目标；

- Lead and coach the team to achieve the business goal of the team

- 根据公司产品及定位开发并维护新老客户；

- Explore new customer and maintain customer base according to company strategy and product focus.

- 参与并领导从客户开发、报价、打样、生产、物流等的全过程；

- Participate and lead the entire process of the business, including but not limited to customer development, quotation, sampling, production, logistics…

- 对所负责的客人订单的成本、生产 质量交期负责；

- Responsible for the costing, production and quality of the orders under his/her responsibility

- 组织并参加国外专业展会

- Organize and participate professional exhibitions abroad.

- 其他公司安排的工作

- Other tasks that the company assigned according to the requirement of the business

 

职位要求/Job requirement

1、 专科以上学历，纺织、服装，经济或其他相关专业

College degree or above majored in Textile, apparel, Foreign trade or other relative area;

2、2年以上纺织、服装国际贸易工作经验；

     At least two years working experience in textile and apparel international trading

3， 3年以上服装行业生产、贸易或产品开发管理经验；

     Three years management experience in garment production, trading or product development

熟悉梭织针织服装及面料产品特点和外贸业务市场行情。有工装防护服装经验尤佳；

Familiar with woven and knit garment and fabric, familiar with global apparel market, Work wear and protective garment experience is a huge Plus.

4, 英语口语书写流利，普通话标准，有较好的办公软件运用能力

We respect all language speakers but the job requires fluent English and Mandarin in both speaking and writing， and with Good computer skills.

5, 有较好的与美国欧洲国家和文化背景的个人交流的经验和能力；

Good communication skills with people from different country and culture

6, 拥有独立决策、解决问题和承受较强工作压力的能力；

    Independent decision maker and problem solver, be willing to and be able to work under pressure

7, 拥有较强的团队领导能力和技巧

    Excellent leadership and team management skill

8, 良好的职业记录

   We will do reference check.

9, 能够国内外出差

  Be willing to and be able to travel domestically and overseas.

10,三年以上汽车驾驶经验
