? To collect production line quality data such as FTQ, Scrap, DLN data
产线质量数据收集（如FTQ, Scrap, DLN数据等）
? To confirm production line nonconforming parts and do basic defect analysis, rework confirm and also feedback to engineer or immediate Supervisor immediately for big case.
产线不合格品确认和基础分析及返工质量确认，以及出现较大异常及时反馈工程师或主管
? To perform First/Off part inspection, process sampling inspection and other analysis inspection or test. 首末件/过程的抽检，以及配合分析要求等其它的检验
? To perform monthly product audit and monthly line gauge calibration
月度产品审核及线上量器具、油量等校准、测试的执行
? To monitor process change/ breakpoint control. 变更过程产线实施追塑及断点监控
? To prepare out-going report according to requirement 按要求编制出货报告
? To assist/coordinate customer & internal audit corrective and preventive actions. To perform LPA based on required frequency.
协助内外客户审核的改善活动及按要求频率做LPA审核
? To assist/coordinate the development, control, calibration, and usage of inspection gages and equipment including training. 协助控制和管理量具的检查、校验及设备的操作培训
? To assist/coordinate process capability studies.协助过程能力分析监控
? To perform Quality department activities which consists of ensuring the quality system meets or exceeds any customer, corporate, or internal requirements and any other related requirement within the Quality Systems.
执行质量部门相关活动来满足质量体系、客户、公司及内部的相关要求
To perform any other duties directed by immediate Supervisor. 执行直线主管交待的其他任务.
? To participate and promote cost reductions, continuous improvement activities, Health and Safety awareness.参与降低成本、持续改进、健康安全等活动
? Report health, safety, and environmental accidents/incidents immediately to the supervisor of the affected area. 涉及健康、安全和环境的事件需要立即报告直线主管。
? Understand the effect on the health, safety and environment of departing from specified operation procedures (work practices) and the potential legal consequences to the employee and the company.
了解背离健康、安全、环境的标准操作流程的影响以及会造成的潜在法律后果
