职位描述：
Job description / Mission
To implement the compensation and benefits programs and activities with established standards and processes, so as to ensure the high quality and effective HR services delivered to our internal customers.

- Responsible for monthly social welfare processing, including mobility, payment, benefits delivery etc;
- Responsible for social welfare benchmark adjustment.
- Responsible for social welfare policy update;
- Responsible for social welfare related audit;
- Responsible for vendor management and evaluation;
- Co-work with business HR, finance, vendors, labor bureau to deliver the high quality services;
- Provide C&B related statistics reports per requested;
- Support other projects or tasks related benefits;

Experience Requirements
- Around 1 year HR experience in compensation and benefits, familiar with social welfare and other benefits operations.
- Working in a commercial business environment for multi-national companies will be a plus.

Knowledge / Educational requirements
- University graduated
- Labor law related knowledge
- Good English skill
- Good PC knowledge and MS Office skills

- Task oriented, quick learner;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team work spirit.
