职位描述：
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:工作职责
?Perform day-to-day accounts routines such as selling price check, system invoice issue, sales update, tax invoice issue, vendor invoice matching in system etc.处理销售价格审核，系统发票出具，销售最新情况，出具税务发票，客户发票与系统的一致性等事宜
?Real time receipts update, weekly accounts receivable status release 实时收据更新，每周应收账款汇报
?Aging analysis and follow up collection with customers分析数据，跟进客户收款情况
?Fixed Assets booking and depreciation. 固定资产登记和折旧
?Intercompany RNV reconcile 内部公司账务协调
?Backup for AR/AP accountant 做应收账款/应付账款会计的储备
?Ad hoc assignments will be given in this position.其他工作


SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
?College degree or above, accounting certificate and computerized accounting certificate are required.大专以上的学历，有会计上岗证，电脑会计相关证书
?Knowledge of customs and import/export is a good advantage. 若懂海关， 进出口业务尤佳
?Good understanding of basic accounting principles and local regulations.很好地理解会计准则和本地规定
?Good English is preferred.懂英语尤佳
?Good experience with MS Office and accounting software
