职位描述：
Responsibilities and Requirement:

1) Advising all the LC’s received for the day to the Beneficiary on the same day of receipt; ensuring dispatch of all the Original LC’s to the beneficiary, follow up for collection of LC advising charges
2) Assist the Officer for the daily dispatch of documents received from the customers.
3) Business development of the branch in trade finance stream mainly Forfeiting, LC advising and confirmation by identifying, approaching and targeting the potential clients with focus on generation of assigned volumes.
4) Exploration of business potential towards other export bills discounting and assignment of bills discounting by local Chinese banks, development of institutional relationship with major local banks in the areas of trade finance departments.
5) Creation all types of SWIFT message pertaining to the Department and generation of VAT invoices, daily adjustment of collection or forfeiting realizations,
6) Be familiar with and strictly implement rules and regulations issued by the head office, branch, local regulators, to ensure the compliance of the business process;
7) Under the premise of “Know Your Customer "(KYC), be responsible for the customer development and maintenance;
8) Collect information or data of customers ( such as business license, the articles of association of the company, credit card, organization code, tax registration certificate, the financial statements and other required information ), write up " business application report " submitted to the credit department for approval (credit business ) or trade finance department for approval ( non credit business).
9) To complete the self-inspection reports and questionnaire related to marketing;
10) Archive and management of business docs and files.
11) Team management, to make the team energetic and positive to work.
12) Any other task assigned by the Management.

1) One year of working in trade finance department of Banks, Freshers with relevant knowledge (UCP 600etc.), certificates, can also apply.
