GRE/GMAT Trainer 针对外教
Job Responsibilities:
1. Graduated from US News Top 50 universities, preferably a graduate of a top US undergraduate school or received admissions to a top business/law/graduate school;
2. Preferably have teaching experience/ESL certificate/teaching certificate;;
3. Be able to complete the teaching tasks assigned by the company based on each individual’s expertise and ability;
4. Be able to independently develop course syllabus and course ppt, participate in teaching research and actively provide professional opinions and advice for course content development and teaching methods;
5. Prepare course plans including teaching objectives, course content, course hours, teaching materials, teaching evaluation and teaching experience summary;
6. Assign and correct homework, design and grade test papers for students and communicate their progress with academic supervisor and parents;
7. Present Demo lecture for potential students and host Intro seminars about test training based on the sales and marketing needs;
8. Provide professional consulting advice on test training to the sales team;
9. Support the admission team with the consulting and essay editing services depending on each trainer‘s workload and availability;
10. Support and accept the reasonable overtime requirement based on the marketing needs and sales demand;
11. Prefer native Speaker with passion in teaching and strong sense of responsibility;

GMAT/GRE Trainer 外国人和中国人都行
Our trainers teach students concepts and strategies relevant to the various standardised tests in the market today. Students are between 15 and 45 years old, depending on what programme they aspire to, and they are taught in a face-to-face setting at our office in Singapore. Classes with students typically last 2 to 4 hours, on both weekdays and weekends.

Candidates should be bright, enthusiastic, and academically-inclined. Public-speaking skills and a calm demeanour are essential. The role is entirely client-facing, so the trainer should be able to simplify complex topics clearly. Formal teaching experience, and strong performance in a degree programme at a reputable university, are preferred, though neither is strictly required. Additionally, candidates should be able to mentor students, helping them assess a suitable timeline and target score for their test. Some of our students are academically very strong, and so a good performance (at least 90th percentile) in any standardised test (such as the SAT, ACT, GMAT, GRE, PSAT, SSAT, MCAT, etc.) is preferable, though not required.

In class:
Break down complex standardised test concepts into simple parts and rules
Communicate with clarity and precision, engaging students regularly and easily
Cater to a wide variety of student profiles
Answer conceptual questions without any notice

Qualifications
Educational qualifications:
Strong performance in a degree programme at a reputable university (preferred, but not required)
At least one standardised test score above the 90th percentile (preferred, but not required)
Personal Characteristics:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Positive and cheerful attitude
Adaptability under pressure and in difficult situations
Superb attention to detail
