ü Drive NPI activities to achieve product launch schedules, improve time to market

ü Monitor tooling/material preparation, prototype assembly process, in order to make sure on time delivery to customer

ü Lead cross functional activities through review meetings

ü Collect and present formal reports as necessary to communicate project summary to customers in an accurate and effective manner

ü Communicate to customer as Selcom Shanghai contact point of technical issues

ü 5 years or above work experience in EMS/manufacturing environment, more than 2 years of experience in similar position

ü Good knowledge of Project milestone control Process, Program standards, tools and methods

ü Strong communication and negotiation skills

ü Conflict management skills, ability to prevent and solve conflicts

ü Customer and Results orientation, Problem solving techniques

ü Strategic and analytic capabilities

ü Fluent in both verbal and written English

   路线2(昆山市区方向)： 科博馆-广元门诊-太湖路-木瓜路-东城大道金融大道口-浦园-蔡家-赵屯小学公交站-公司 (7:20--8:40)

   路线3(青浦城区方向)：世纪联华-清溪电影院-东方商厦-章浜-浦仓路-桂花园-青浦新城地铁站4号口-公司 (8:10--8:40)

2. 公司正常上班时间： 周一~周五 8:30--17:00 或 8:45--17:15
