Justification for the Position
Adient Asia Holding Co., Ltd is engaged in the investments in Asia Pacific region. In order to maintain the substance of holding company for tax avoidance purpose that it's going to move some activities from China to HK.
Responsibilities:
? Perform IC/GL accounting for APAC corporate ledgers including but not limit to working with treasury/corp tax on the corporate initiated transactions, support month end closing and perform monthly reconciliation.
? Support on legal entity rationalization and provide support to controlling team
? Assists with financial and tax reporting schedules
? Other ad hoc project
Requirements:
? Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent education
? Thorough knowledge of US GAAP and proven ability to prepare account analyses and reconcile accounts
? Experience in SAP is an advantage
? Good communication skill and customer focused approach
? Familiar with problem solving and process improvement techniques
? Good team work
