职位描述：
Position Focus:Launching new program to meet 0-0-100-100-60, and running changes of launched programs

Job Description:
1.Fluent in English and Chinese
2.Minimum of five (5) years working experience
3.Must have direct knowledge of program management
4.Must have launched at least two programs
5.Must be comfortable interacting with Korean, Indian, America, German team members and co-workers
6.Must be flexible with extending working hours in the evening
7.Experience interacting with clients in all global regions
8.Experience in dealing with Finance and understanding of financial metrics
9.Experience with tooling and capital
10.Computer Skills (1->5 with 5 being expert)
a.Excel 4 – 5
b.PowerPoint 4 – 5
c.MS Project 5
d.Word >= 3

Preferred Items That Shortlist a Good Candidate
1.Launched > 5 programs
2.Worked 7+ years in program management
3.Languages: German, Japanese
4.Automotive Aftermarekt experience
5.Auto parts/repair experience

Qualification:
BS in one of these: Program Management, MBA, Automotive
