职位描述：
1.有效管理租赁文档，确保文件档案无误；
2.熟练掌握公司内部系统知识，确保合同及文档信息输入无误，并确保管理好所有的数据；
3.协助编制租赁合同及相关工作文本，保持与物业的沟通，并协助推进租赁各项进程；
4.对楼内已有租户进行维护工作，确保租户的高满意度；
5.协助租赁团队完成日常的文书工作和基础项目的支持工作；
