职位描述：
SGS SCD (Supply Chain Development) and Quality Engineering includes but isn’t limited to the service directions of supply chain product quality control and product quality performance improvement; The focus is on reviewing processes and system to understand deficiencies in the supply chain performance management and to mitigate them with appropriate training, coaching and consulting. This can be typically
？ Supplier evaluation and audits
？ Supplier enabling and/or improvement programs to improve efficiency and reliability
？ Value Chain optimization
？ Lean production coaching and consulting
？ Industry standards and quality tools trainings, coaching

Key objectives
- Contribute to SGS China “Supply Chain Development and Quality Engineering” business development for transportation industries.
- Lead and deliver to clients SCD technical solutions and continuously updates the technical approaches to keep SGS’ competitiveness.
- Ensure SCD service deployment at best cost and efficiency.

Major Responsibilities
- Develop professional and competitive customer proposals of supply chain development scope inquiry, e.g. SC performance management, supplier audit and SC quality engineering related business.
- Demonstrate SGS technical solutions to customers during exploration, tender and negotiation phase.
- Conduct the SCD activities at customer/supplier site professionally, including but not limited to consulting for supply chain management system design, set up and implementation; Supplier performance assessment, supplier audit using QMS ISO 9001/IATF16949/VDA6.3/6.5/ SGS evaluation system/CSR audit tools; supplier enabling program; value chain and production efficiency optimization coaching.
- Customer communication during the SCD execution phase for performance results and major technical updates.
- Achieve customer satisfaction with SGS service delivery.
- Proper documentation records of SCD activities.
- Perform efficient internal cross functional communication and collaborations.
- Develop and coach the SCD team members to competitive and professional levels.
- Continuously develop and improve supply chain service scope technical tools and procedures efficiency.
 
职位要求:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing or comparable experience;
- Minimum 8 years of automotive industry working experience on quality management, supplier quality, supplier development or supply chain management at OEM or MNC tier one.
- Deep understand of supply chain risk control, performance management philosophy and related tools and activities over different phases
- At least 3 years solid experience of APQP handling, new product PPAP, CP, FMEA, measurement and quality control set up, production and tooling development and validations. Measuring equipments and quality software operational experiences
- Evidence on successful supplier performance management, quality management system handling
- Solid experience on supplier enabling and supplier improvement
- Various commodity experience on process and quality development during different phases and strong problem solving skills
- Value chain optimization, waste elimination and productivity improvement related experiences with successful factual based projects results
- Excellent on defining programs for supply chain improvement and turning into real progress
- Good communication and coaching skills in supply chain development activity. Be able to coach at supplier and do efficient management communication
- Experiences of IATF16949, VDA6.3, Run@Rate audit
- Can do attitude and entrepreneur mind set for new business development
- Team management and people management experience
- Good presentation skills and Microsoft office
- Fluent mandarin (country local language) and English both in written and speak 举报 分享
