Roles & Key Accountabilities:
-Support marketing director on compelling King Oscar Chinese brand positioning and proposition;
-Support marketing director on short term and long term commercial plan development;
-Support marketing director on A&P planning and management, incl. ROI analysis, scientific budget allocation,
activity effectiveness evaluation etc.
-Support marketing director on the effective brand building plan and implementation on activities, which
include all possible ATL & BTL activities such as advertising, PR, social media, digital campaign, promotion
etc.
-Responsible for implementation of research plan to understand Chinese consumer insight of seafood;
-Responsible for in-store communication to further enhance the brand via in store brand and product related
visuals and demos, with strong shopper understanding.
-Responsible for print creative deliverable incl. catalogues, brochures, leaflets, POSM,promotional KV etc..
-Responsible for the new products launch including product pipeline management, package design and
launch plan development
-Agency management, incl. creative, media, PR, digital, print etc.
Education Background and Professional Experiences
-Logical thinking, be able to come up with recommendations with rationale behind;
-Well-organized and well planned, be able to handle multi-tasks and sophisticated situation;
-Strong communication skills, both internally and externally;
-Strong problem solving skills;
-Bachelor degree above, brand marketing experience 5 years +;
-FMCG experience, and fresh/frozen goods industry experience, international company experience is
preferred;
-Hard working, willingness to win, and not easy to give up
-Good in English, both in speaking and writing
