职位描述：
Objective of the job:
Supervise the import and export affairs, including oversea logistics, importation and export etc.
Establish the import & export SOP, and control the time and costs effectively of the process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Import and export affairs handling with multi ports
Establish the import & export SOP
Evaluate the CIQ and custom rejection risk together with Regulatory department, define products list to be imported via different ports.
Supervise process & timing on custom clearance, CIQ testing, payment of related taxes, Chinese label registration of New SKU and Sanitary Certification for EACH SKU in EACH shipment
Handle label registration in CIQ, and communicate any related issues with marketing, regulatory departments etc.
Supervise process & timing of label labeling
Prepare and file related documents
Report damage of each importing

2. International shipping management
Check and track order fulfillment and time schedule with oversea suppliers.
Collect and cross check all related documents for each importing, and make sure all documents provided by different departments from oversea suppliers are consistent and completed.
Instruct the forwarder in different countries to book vessels or flight for related orders, confirm container, destination port, route and timing, and instruct the local forwarder and supervise the whole process.

3. New Products registration
Be responsible for preparing new products information and register products in pre-defined free-zone which is able to do Cross-border Ecommerce
Corporate with regulation department to register products per custom and CIQ request
Supervisor sample order custom clearance

4. Vendor performance management and evaluation （Customs broker and freight forwarder）
Set up KPIs for vendor (Customs broker and forwarder)
Evaluate performance on quarterly base, improve service level

5. Cost control
Control international freight and import & export cost within budget

6. Other tasks assigned by superiors

任职资格：
1、大专以上学历，外贸英语、国际贸易等相关专业毕业；
2、从事进出口贸易等相关工作三年以上，有保健品、食品行业相关工作经验；
3、熟悉进出口清关操作要求及外贸业务流程；
4、良好的英语运用能力，能熟练操作OFFICE软件；
5、工作认真、细致，责任心强，能承受一定工作压力，并且具备独立解决问题的能力。 举报 分享
