职位描述：
1. 负责采购面料的询价、报价、打样；
2. 开发面料供应商并对供应商进行评估，严控采购货品的质量、交期及价格；
3. 规范采购作业、制订采购计划、降低采购成本；
4. 随时了解市场情况，提供市场信息给相关部门或领导；
5. 定期分析采购存在的问题及原因，并提供解决的方法；
6. 在保证产品质量的前提下，合理控制库存；
7. 完成领导布置的其他工作。

任职资格 ：
1. 大专或以上学历，有2年以上采购工作经验优先考虑；
2. 熟悉面料市场，熟悉面料特性，具有丰富的供应商资源和独立作业能力者；
3. 熟练运用采购技能与谈判技巧，熟知各特性面料成份、规格、工艺和成本核算。
