Position: Services Delivery Manager, China

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of a wide range of Services of IT and Internet service quality reporting and management.
As a Manager in the Enterprise Managed Services Practice, you will provide deployment planning, adoption and operational strategy, and overall engagement management for company Services engagements within our clients, working with Partners and with inside technical staff.
Your mandate will be to drive delivery success, solution adoption, customer satisfaction, and license expansion.
You will work directly with Sales, partners and customers to understand business and technical requirements, crafting delivery proposals, Statements of Work/Services Contracts, and Technical Success Plans.
Communication, technical consulting, and interpersonal skills will be paramount to your success in this role.

Qualifications
Required Skills
* Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration with a focus on IT
* Minimum 6+ years of experience in Technology Consulting or Business Analysis
* Minimum 10+ years Industry experience
* Ability to develop/demonstrate solid understanding of IT and Internet technology, Managed Services offerings, and Enterprise Software deployments in discussion with clients, prospects and partners
* Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and negotiation skills
* Demonstrated ability to manage and develop relationships to ensure successful engagement delivery in challenging conditions
* Ability to scope and execute services engagements that meet customer expectations and drive profit for company
* Strong project management capabilities
 
Desired Experience
* Ideal candidates will have 6+ years Technology Consulting or equivalent Technical Consulting experience
* Project management experience
* Ability to meet at CxO levels to orchestrate and deliver our proposal offerings
* Resource management
