Crossline

Crossline Production is a garment manufacturer in Bangladesh, China & Pakistan with commercial offices in France, Spain, Germany and the United States.

Crossline provides apparel sourcing and manufacturing in Circular Knit, Woven and Flat Knit. We have wide production facilities, based on long term partnerships with manufacturers and fabric suppliers in Asia.

The office is in Kangdinglu,yanpinglu, Jin’an district, Shanghai.


TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(Sourcing coordinator) (M/F)

Within the textile industry, in relation to French buyers, China and Bangladesh production
Find and follow new fabric and accessories for sourcing. The main responsibilities of this person will be to:

? Weekly asking sales people or designers their needs
? Source fabric and access with our current supplier contacts + find new ones
? Follow up every day the sourcing and development with China supplier and parcel submission
? If order confirmed, need to follow the production status : ask for PI, check quality (with QC team), follow schedule
? Manage some fabric export : packing list, follow ETD / ETA, other export documents
? Weekly give exact status feedback to sales people or designers
? Daily communication with merchandiser in Bangladesh or France by email or phone
? Visiting mill/supplier or fairs or market every week to get the new proposal/trends


CANDIDATE PROFILE

? At least 2 years working experience of fabric/accessory sourcing, development
? Some technical knowledge on knit/woven fabric (construction, yarn structure, and testing)
? Familiar with types of fabric production process /dyeing methods
? Extensive vendor sourcing network
? Good communication skill in English and Chinese, good PC skill
