Objective of Job:
? The ICT Application Specialist is responsible for providing ICT technical support to APAC Manufacturing Engineering and joint venture business partners.

Task Description:
? Provide AutoCAD/Teamcenter/SharePoint/WCM support to APAC Manufacturing Engineering and joint venture business partners.
? Issue management for APAC Manufacturing Engineering and joint ventures partners, from collection to resolution.
? Provide support for new and existing Manufacturing Engineering system implementations, upgrades and user training.
? Support current and new ICT Manufacturing global initiatives and convergence projects related to Manufacturing Engineering.
? Work with business partners and vendors to manage user testing and license management.

Preferred Qualifications:
? Experience in providing support for AutoCAD.
? Experience in providing support for Teamcenter.
? Experience in providing support for SharePoint.
? Knowledge of automotive powertrain and assembly processes.
? Knowledge in ICT automotive manufacturing support tools.
? Experience in issue management.

Required Qualifications:
? B.S. degree in Computer Science or other closely related field.
? Strong communication and problem solving skills.
? Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of personnel.
? Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and verbal).
