工作职责:
- 负责商业运作及营销策略以推动收入和盈利结果
- 在三个主要业务推动销售：1）智能玩具2）授权及商品3）电子商务
- 带领公司与最一流的客户/合作伙伴建立策略性的业务发展、建立广泛的销售渠道，以建立一个强大的品牌生态系统
- 优化不同业务团队的运营效率和协同效应
- 制定具成本效益的营销活动，以提高品牌知名度和渗透率
- 探索并建立新的收入流

任职条件:
- 顶尖大学全日制统招本科及以上学历
- 两年以上在跨国公司销售管理方面的经验
- 必须具备创业公司经验，背景包括消费品、玩具、品牌授权、零售、动漫/ 娱乐、多媒体、游戏、在线教育、智能硬件等
- 良好的中英文书面和口头沟通能力
- 高度积极、渴望在快节奏的高压环境中实现结果
- 精于商务拓展、促成合作交易、具有优良的商务谈判技巧
- 卓越的领导、沟通能力和管理技巧、推动目标一致、并能激励团队完成目标
- 富有创业精神、亲力亲为、理想远大、有成功的决心、以结果为导向、致力成功、且能适应不断变化的市场条件
- 对儿童产品有浓厚兴趣、并喜爱寓教于乐及家庭游戏产业
- 在国内拥有广泛的业界人脉
- 善于组织发展、运营管理、财务管理和战略规划
- 外向并善于建立新的伙伴关系，及加强现有内部和外部的联系
- 卓越的沟通技巧（包括电话、电子邮件及面对面的沟通）
- 有远见，并对传统和创新营销策略有深刻理解、及有通过与客户合作创造活动和计划以推动和增加收入的良好纪录
- 需要经常出差

Location: Shenzhen or Shanghai

Responsibilities:
- Direct business operations and marketing strategies to drive revenue and bottom-line results
- Drive sales in three main businesses: 1) smart toys 2) licensing and merchandising 3) e-commerce
- Spearhead strategic business development with best-in-class customers/partners and establish extensive sales channels to build a robust brand ecosystem
- Optimize operational efficiency and synergy across different business teams
- Devise cost-effecting marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and penetration
- Explore and build new streams of revenue

Qualifications:
- Degree holder from a top-ranking university
- Over 2 years of experience in a multi-national company in a Sales management role
- Solid experience in start-up ventures is a must; familiar with any of these fields: consumer products, toys, brand licensing, retail, animation/ entertainment, multimedia, games, online education, smart hardware
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal)
- Highly motivated and keen to achieve results in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
- Deal-closer with excellent business development and negotiation skills
- Superb leadership, communication and management skills to drive goal alignment and motivate multiple teams to achieve targets
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on, ambitious, goal-oriented, organized and committed to success yet adaptable to changing market conditions
- Interest in children products is essential and interest in family entertainment or edutainment gaming is preferred
- Extensive industry connections in China
- Skilled in organizational development, operations management, financial control and strategic planning
- Outgoing and skilled at forming new partnerships/contacts and strengthening existing ones internally and externally
- SUPREME communication skills (on the phone, over email and in person)
- Visionary with a deep understanding of traditional and innovative marketing strategies and a proven track record of creating campaigns and initiatives that will drive and increase revenue through partnerships with clients.
