Job Description:
Products Management
1. Weekly analyse brands/products contribution and continuously review the brands/products performance;
2. Analyse and define specific/key products;
3. Establish good communication with partners;
4. Weekly training to sales team on brands and products.
5. Positioning of products vs customers;
6. Advice to sales on products matching to customers;
7. Double check forecast to remind the sales of special volumes/products
Trade Marketing Support
1. Feed products for TM technical support;
2. Provide support, proposals and ideas to TM on events organization and brands display
3. Organize and implement pure brands promotion
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. 3+ years marketing experiences (brands and products management) in Food industry or FMCG;
3. Fluent in English and mandarin;
4. Strategic thinking with strong skills in problem identification, analysis and solving, strong negotiation and communication skills, good at taking initiative and making decision. Solid financial aptitude. Good understanding and involvement in western food consumption.
