职位描述
Position: Production Supervisor
Work Location: Gaoqiao, Shanghai (shuttle bus provided)
Reporting to: Product Manager
People Management Responsibility: Yes
Travel Required: No
Shift Required: No
Job Objectives:
To manage all production & maintenance work, to accomplish production work with quality, efficiency, timing, proper quantity & safety.
Main Responsibilities:
1.To coordinate & conduct producing flow, increase working quality, cooperate with QM/QC/TS dept. to improve technics, increase product quality, to correct according to quality problem or customer complain, increase production efficiency and reduce production cost..
2.To supervise production operation and keep it safety, attend EHS training for increasing EHS management ability, improve site environment, bring forward and record correction & prevention measures to EHS problems in production, strictly implementing EHS procedures and regulation, take EHS training to production operators.
3.To cooperate with MM dept. to assure that draw RM and storage FG all right, and finish production plan on time.
4.To supervise dealing with and manage SAP data of production, BOM ,statistic production & maintenance record & quality data, report to higher-up timely, filing production & maintenance documents.
5.To set training plan and proceed it to underling, enhance safety operation skill.
6.To comply with BASF & local government policies of EHS, comply to & implement regulation of ISO14001 and report to higher-up & EHS manager at anytime.
Requirements:
1. University degree or higher
2. Min. 6 years of experience in chemical industry
3. Good experience in production management
4. Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
5. Computer skills in MS office applications
6. Competency required: Striving for Achievement, Customer Focus, Teamworking, Conflict Management, Leadership, Work Management, Quality Orientation, and Safety, Health and Environment Awareness, etc.
