3DP 公司是PBC Linear的全资子公司，位于美国Illinois州的Roscoe市，主营内容为大型工业级FDM 3D打印机的研发、生产、销售。
3DP公司在2014年成立，发展迅速，很快在大型3D打印机市场成为领先企业，目前的客户群涵盖了高等院校、跨国工业企业、好莱坞著名影视集团、跨国消费品企业等广泛应用领域。
目前公司因业务发展需要，在中国地区（涵盖亚洲区业务）招聘工程部经理一职，并将逐步组建团队，承担研发、技术支持、售后等关联业务。

Engineering Manager
Job Summary
Responsible for leading and supervising a team of engineers as they develop, test, modify, and create solutions. This individual will be the main contact between the United States (Main) office and the China office. This position will report to the President of 3DP.

Primary responsibilities
? Supervise and lead engineers, scientists and technicians who design machinery, and oversee production and quality control (long term). This position will also have responsibilities in Operations, Quality Assurance and Testing in industrial plants.
? Oversee the research and development of new products and procedures.
? Hire, train, and mentor other engineers and supporting staff.
? Write performance reviews and solve internal issues.
? Discuss and lay out project specifications.
? Make detailed plans to accomplish goals.
? Improve manufacturing processes and advance scientific research.
? Develop overall concepts for a new product.
? Check technical accuracy of work.
? Establish administrative policies, procedures, and standards with the Main Office to be utilized globally.
? Coordinate activities of unit with Main Office including higher levels of Management.
? Direct and manage multiple concurrent engineering projects while ensuring their success
? in meeting their respective objectives.
? Create approved engineering budgets and monitor actual expenses to ensure they fall within budgets, analyzing out of budget expenses and ensuring they are offset in other areas of the project unless fully justified.
? Consult or negotiate with clients to finalize engineering project specifications.
? Present engineering plans, progress status and updates to project stakeholders.
? Review and approve proposed engineering designs and subsequent product and process enhancements or changes. Work with Main Office for Final Design Approval.
? Other Duties as assigned.


Engineering Director/Manager Skills and Specifications
? Must have excellent organization, supervisory, managerial and leadership skills to manage a team of engineers and technical staff.
? Must have proven multitasking skills and can work under extreme pressure.
? Must have excellent analytical and computational skills.
? Must have excellent communication (English) and interpersonal skills.
? Must Speak and Write English and Chinese.
 
Engineering Director/Manager Education and Qualifications
? A master’s degree (or equivalent) is preferred in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
? 5-8 years of experience in the pertinent engineering field is required.
? MicroSoft Office Suite experience, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
? Solidworks and Siteline software is highly preferred.
? ERP Understanding and related Software is highly preferred.
? Multi-National American/European Company experience preferred. 举报 分享
