职位描述：
POSITION OBJECTIVE:
1. Build rapport with Union workforce to ensure productivity and uninterrupted workflow.
2. Ensures an effective transfer of new products into manufacturing in conjunction with R&D, Engineering and Quality Systems. 3. Lead the P&L with Lean principles in both manufacturing as well of offices/business processes.
Develops, maintains and provides Materials Management Services, i.e., procurement, PC/IC, shipping, receiving, stores and finished goods for the Company.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Directs General Facilities Management activities including leasing, housekeeping, maintenance, plant layout, upgrading, security and safety for the Company.
2.Provide financial projections for sales, margins, quality, and inventory metrics along with the plant controller.
3.Responsible for the assembly and test areas as well as production planning
4.Responsible for Building and plant improvements and machine investments
5.Communicates and enforces corporate objectives, policies and procedures within the Operations organizations.
6.Selects, trains, motivates and evaluates assigned personnel.
7.Obey the HSE policy, safety regulars and safety operating procedures. Receive HSE training & education given by the company to enhance the safety awareness. Do not make any violation of operating.

FORMAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENT or MIN YEARS of EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
1.Knowledge of different DRESSER RAND products and their manufacturing and engineering processes.
2.Lead the P&L in safety, teamwork, quality, on time delivery, and margin/cost improvements.
3.Graduated engineer with 5 years experience in production management (to be defined).
4.Must be fluent in Mandarin and English Language.
