Duties:

1.协助现场管理确保生产持续稳定，包括员工技能培训，生产线配件及辅助材料的购买等
2.指导和监督生产工艺，定期评估工艺的稳定性；
3.不合格原因进行分析并采取相应纠正预防措施；
4.对工艺进行持续改进和优化；


Qulifications:

1.化工材料相关专业本科及以上学历
2.3年以上工艺工程师经验，有窑炉工作经验优先
3.熟悉ISO9001对生产相关的要求
4.工作积极主动，认真严谨，良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力。
5.具备英文沟通能力，电脑熟练！
