Major Duties: (ranked with priority):

---Develop and implement the plan for preventive maintenance.
制定并实施预防性设备维修计划.

---Involve in troubleshooting on daily running equipment with malfunction from electrical or mechanical perspective.
参与日常运行设备的电气或机械故障诊断.

---Analyze day-to-day equipment performance and conduct improvement activity with down time or maintenance cost reduction.
根据日常运行设备的情况，实施改善行动以降低宕机时间或降低维修成本.

---Maintenance record and equipment document keeping which subjects to the quality system.
维修记录及设备文件的保管以适应质量系统的要求.

---Involve in installation and adjustment for new equipments.
参与新设备的安装与调试。

---Manage spare parts supplying and inventory; repair materials, alterations & new construction work.
维修备件的管理。

---Involve in EHS and 5S activity.
参与EHS和5S的改善活动。

Qualifications:

---Bachelor degree in automation, electro-mechanics integration or equivalent major.
自动控制或机电一体化及相关专业毕业.

---Minimum 3 years experience in PLC programming or troubleshooting automation control systems, experience with GE PLC’s including the 90-30 or RX7i systems is a plus.
至少三年自动控制系统的PLC编程或故障诊断经验,最好是熟悉GE PLC.

---Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering.

---Good command of English, PC skills and strong EHS awareness.
