Role purpose
- Key focus is to support manager to develop channel insight and execution excellence to deliver result according to channel strategy and calendar.
- Support Bakery Channel Manager to follow up bakery TA (Trust Advisor) customers’ trial model, look in deep of bakery customers data, and launch preparation with supervision.
- Works closely with wider marketing team – regional channel marketing team, NPD team, and Marcomm team; and cross-functional teams, Sales, and Tech.
Role accountabilities
1. Data analysis and reporting (Landscaping)
- Has capability to understand business dynamics, reason behind, and propose action plan;
- Routine base to report business update to management team;
- Able to data minding and track competitor intelligence and input the learning to plan and activation.
2. Channel Insights and research (WHO)
- Understand the methodology and research tool to identify target consumer/shopper insights.
- Understand target consumer/shoppers usage & attitudes and needs hierarchy.
- Able to explore consumer/shopper insights from data, research, and consumer behavior with supervision.
- Support to lead and follow through consumer research projects to support business decision making.
- Has the ability to learn and keep refreshed of bone health related knowledge;
3. Channel TA customers model managing and solution
- Understand and analyze customers’ data (FOH & BOH).
- Deliver solution decks to customers.
-Support commercialization of new-change or launch NAD with customers and tracking the results;
4. Team collaboration
- Positively work with cross functional team to drive program result as planned.;
- Demonstrate attitude and skill to monitor, motivate execution agency to implement the project with aligned plan and output.
- Liaise with Bakery Global Team or Asian Regional Team
Requiements
- Education: University degree of marketing or food science, Frequently English. Master degree is preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years proven FMCG or B2B food science industry experience. Good performance of data analysis and vendor management skills are preferred.
- Technical/Functional Expertise: Quick learner; Creative, out-of-the-box thinker; Being able to see and use opportunities (can-do mentality); Taking initiative and daring to explore new things and facing challenges; Practical and hands-on Powderpoint and Excel; Having a strong customer focus and empathy; Sets high standards regarding quality of his/her own work; Continually striving for improvement; Excellent communication and presentation skills; Fluency in written and spoken English, Mandarin
