职位描述：

- For our Energy Management Division in shanghai ,we are looking for a GL Accounting.

What are my responsibilities?

- Handle Group/Local reporting and coordinate the month end closing process;

- 负责报告与协调月度结账流程

- Provide analysis reports of B/S, P&L, Cash flow including variance explanation for the important accounts and GAAP difference with IFRS and PRC

- 负责分析资产负债表，利润表，现金流的变动情况以及国际会计准则与中国会计准则之间的差异

- Tax related issue including review CIT annual filing working paper; solve tax inquiry from internal departments, etc…

- 负责税务相关事宜和内部部门的税务咨询与处理

- TP related issue including prepare TP report; review TP nine forms; solve TP inquiry from internal departments, etc…

- 负责转让定价包含转让定价报告与相关的咨询与处理

- Coordinate and handle the external and internal audit (E&Y audit, tax audit, Chinese shareholder audit, etc…)

- 协调与处理外部和内部的审计工作

- Assist all functions to push process continues improvement ;

- 帮助各职能部门推动业务流程的持续改善

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- University degree Major in accounting/finance or business administration is preferred.

- 本科学历，财务或商务管理专业优先

- Above 3 years accounting experience working in manufactory.

- 三年以上制造业相关工作经验

- Good command of oral and written English skills；

- 良好的英语口语和写作能力

- Familiar with windows office ,SAP Skill preferred.

- 熟练操作office软件，优先考虑有SAP工作经验者。

What else do I need to know?

- Cross function experience and expertise and knowledge of business process methods and procedures, especially in finance department. Or be familiar with internal audit system including SOA and Compliance，Familiar with PRC and IFRS accounting policy

- 涉及跨部门合作经验，熟知业务程序和流程，熟悉内部控制流程， 以及中国和国际会计准则
