职位描述：
This role is to support for the growth of the PSR business in Asia Pacific, with focus on PSR plant in Zhenjiang.

Job Responsibilities
Support for the growth of the PSR business in Asia Pacific, with focus on PSR plant in Zhenjiang.
Provide support to PSR manufacture team for product scale up from Technology team.
Apply global R&D work processes and testing.
The type of support provided will include:
Scale up product from lab batch to pilot batch.
Asistant plant manufacture team for plant batch product.
Support introduction of new materials, products, and processes in Zhenjiang plant between technology team and manufacture team.
Plant support on existing products
Recipe modification according to plant requirement and align with PSR SH Lab
Working closely with R&D, QC/ QA, Supply Chain and manufacturing team to deal with the related issues;
Maintaining high levels of safety standards and house keeping in the laboratory.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor or higher in a chemistry-based disciplined.
Minimum 5 years relevant industry experience.
Significant experience in Thermosetting applications or phenolic resin industry.
Significant experience in product scale up or manufacture PF resin.
Demonstrated technical skills in Resin chemistry, testing and application testing, preferably in Phenolic Resin Chemistries
