职位描述：
1. Restraints Project Chief
Objective of Job ：Be responsible for managing restraint products development for programs
Job Responsibilities:
? Manage restraints development and validation timing and budget;
? Coordinate among functional groups both internal and external;
? Leading a multi-functional team in problem resolving;
? Lead technical review with suppliers;
? Independently communicate with Euro and US counterparts for the product development.

Qualifications:
1, BS or MS in engineering.
2, 5+ years of working in restraints area
3, Deep knowledge of product development procedure and process, OEM experience is preferred.
4, Familiar with CATIA/UG,CAD, and PDM system
5, Fluent in written and spoken English
