Key Areas of Responsibility: ？
Accountable for achieving all agreed product and process quality targets as defined in the milestone requirements of the BCP / Engineering process.
？ Translate customer requirements into well-defined product specifications and Critical to Quality parameters.
？ Responsible to identify relevant legal, regulatory and customer requirements and standards regarding quality; responsible that R&D projects take these requirements into account and that product and process developments fulfil these requirements
？ Responsible for implementation of all product quality related activities within main projects.
？ Responsible for monitoring and assessing the implementation of defined product quality activities in all other projects
？ Responsible to escalate on potential quality issues, with the authority to block milestones.
？ Support the Project Leaders in customer release processes (APQP).
？ Support all Project Leaders in the use of DfSS, FMEA and other relevant tools within their projects. Consult project leaders on the application of relevant standards and regulations.
？ Deploy and train standardized processes and tools.
？ Coach QPL´s within the Lumileds organization.
？ Capture learnings from previous projects and initiate improvements. Close the feedback loop from customer complaints by embedding the learnings into new design rules.
？ Assure quality and reliability of new products (robust design) during the design stage according to the needs of the customer using the DfSS methodologies: FMEA, DFMEA, Lessons Learned, DFM, Control plans, Process flow etc.
？ Support Industrial Quality in the definition / execution of CPA, FMEA, Control Plan, etc. for new products.
？ Responsible for standardization and harmonization of FMEA, CPA and other tools within the BCP process.
？ Where applicable, takes the lead in understanding, deploying and implementation of the ISO 26262 standard, and covers the functional safety aspects along the entire development process. Ensure that a proper System / Software Test Plan (both for embedded and application software) is in place and executed, defined together with the system / software architect and test manager. 举报 分享
