职位描述：
？ Job Objectives
Credit control and Compliance manager in Finance department.
Be a core team member in Val China finance team, be responsible for overall SOX compliance and internal control monitoring, credit control, AR&AP mgmt., regional corporate accounting function as well as other projects to support business growth and system implementation(where applicable).
？ Job Responsibilities
？ SOX compliance:
Pre-Review and check all SOX and internal control documentation within the deadline instructed by Global Policy and improve the controlling processes and documentation where needed.
Ensure that the mitigation control is supported in detail by supporting documents.
Keep a consistent checklist to ensure all major compliance documents are filed timely and properly on Share Point and ensure the submissions are properly signed and dated.
Ensure timely resolution of control deficiencies and audit findings (both from internal audit & external audit)
？ Regional Corporate Accounting:
    -Month end closing schedule update and continuous optimization.
Month end closing review to ensure all steps be completed correctly as per checking list;
Regional coordinator to request creating/extending CC/PC/GL;
？ Credit control:
 Align with global on China credit control procedure and policy
Communicate with commercial team and OTC team to resolve credit issue and ensure internal control process is followed up and credit exposure risks are calculated and under control.
New customer credit review and existing customer on-going credit review.
Work with sales team on the AR overdue collection.
？ Internal control and procedure alignment
Assist China finance director to develop and maintain a strong framework of effective finance and operating control procedures in collaboration with business processes.
Manage a team of Accts Receivable and Accts Payable, ensure the smooth daily operation and continue to seek opportunity to improve efficiency.
Others, ad hoc project to support business growth and system implementation/improvement. 举报 分享
