职位描述：
Job Purpose:

JSC VTB Bank is second largest state-owned Russian bank, core of multi-national financial group - VTB Group presented in more than 20 countries, the only Russian bank which has obtained financial license in China (including for CNY operations) is looking for FX and MM Trader.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Trade currency products, including CNY spot and G7, act as market maker.
2. Conclude MM deals.
3. Contribute to trading book P&L (market making, position management, proprietary trading).
4. Monitor and control the daily Nostro A/C movements and ensure the liquidity availability.
5. Prepare and deliver reports, research reports required by internal departments, Head Office and local authorities.
6. Keep all trading activities in compliance and internal risk limits.
7. Other work assigned by Department Head and Management


Qualification:
1. Minimum 2 years related working experience in Treasury/Global Market.
2. Minimum 2 years of direct experience in derivatives trading with no record of misdemeanor.
3. CFETS FX Dealer License is required.
4. Strong knowledge of financial markets, deep understanding of both local and global markets
5. Bachelor degree, major in Finance, Economic, Business or Mathematics, with CFA or FRM is a plus.
6. Have good financial analysis and numeric skills.
7. Can work under pressure.
8. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Russian language could be an additional advantage.
9. Confident, intelligent, independent, result oriented and resourceful.
10. Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
