Performance Objective (KPI):
1. Annual sales goals: Ensure the regional sales goal, which is developed by company each year in compliance with the corporate and regional development and growth strategy, to be met each year.
2. 100% Customer Satisfaction: Offer best service, timely and comprehensive feedback to customer inquiry and quality concerns etc, in compliance with the company strategy and policy, the Director of Sales should ensure 100% customer satisfaction in the certain region.
3. Explore the market and set up successful customer network: continue improving customer relationship, explore the market potential and set up customer relationship network so as to ensure EOCN’s leading position in the market.
4. Debts on hands control to meet company objective
5. Most up-to-date marketing analysis to meet company objective.
Functional Job Activities:
Activity 1: Account management for existing business
Goal: Ensuring each RFQ /Quotation process smoothly, effectively and efficiently; Maintain good relationship with customers, ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
1. Keep the customer profile up to date (vehicle models, demand, pricing, identify key persons)
2. Maintain good business relationship with customers
3. Cost reduction activities
4. Accountable for CM improvement through hide market adjustment / yield adjustment
5. Ensure 100% customer satisfaction (timely tracking, feedback and communication)
Activity 2: Obtaining New Business
Goal: Ensure each RFQ/Quotation process goes smoothly, effectively and efficiently; achieve/exceed the company sales goal
1. Responsible for RFQ interpreting, analyzing and summarizing; prepare and submit quotation.
2. Participate in APQP meetings with Quality, Engineering, Product Development (from initiation of the quote process on through to product launch);
3. Explore market potential, approach/establish new customer network.
4. Make sure to obtain new business awards for programs in plan; Make best efforts to obtain new business for target programs not in plan
5. Sell new products; Sell value-added products
Activity 3: Market intelligence and marketing activities
Goal: Ensuring each kind of Commercial Forecast and the report made accurately and on time.
1. Develop customer sales/business plan to achieve sales target.
2. Competitors’ analysis.
3. Audit and summarize quarterly sales forecast updates, including sales projections by region- South
4. Update the Cycle Plans for China Market;
Qualifications:
1. University graduate or above
2. At least 5 years’ sales/commercial/management experience in automotive components company
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as leadership skills
4. Fluent both written and spoken English, German is preferring.
5. Excellent Presentation skills and Good command of office software skills.
6. Familiar with automotive industry quality and supplier validation system, such as PPAP, APQP, contract review, product and material releases, etc.
7. Good knowledge about automotive technology. Preferably familiar with automotive interior.
8. Responsible for self-development.
