职位描述：
Key responsibilities:

? Main responsibilities:
? Manage and control parts Import& Export activities regarding customs clearance in Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou
? Coordinate with Customs & CIQ and resolve multifarious import and export issues.
? Ensure the whole customs clearance procedure; compliance with Customs and CIQ related laws or regulations.
? Optimize and continuously improve customs clearance process.
? Follow up and analyse KPI, focus on landing cost factor and lead-time of customs clearance.
? Manage, evaluate and improve logistic service vendors’ performance, regular review KPI with vendors and follow up the action plan if needed.
? Communicate with VCCS, CDC for daily issue and provide suggestions of improvement.
? Communicate with warehouse & transporters for the incoming goods information.
? ？Make continuous improvements to workflows and operational processes that support Customs related activity.
? Manage & Monitors import and export team of daily jobs and performance.
? Import Export customs declaration KPI follow up
? Customs declaration cost follow up
Qualification:
? At least university degree with major in related subject
? Excellent English skills and PC skill
? Be able to interpret Customs regulations into practical operation, handle the problem during import process
? Minimum 3 years working experience in automotive parts business, familiar with parts customs regulations and laws
