职位描述：

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 (include EHS responsibilities)

-Developing dispersion products to meet project target on lab reactor scale, and responsible for basic dispersion properties.

-Running and maintain polymerization reactor; analyzing dispersions;

-Full responsibility for lab operation, EHS and good lab practice according GC and cooperate regulations

-On-time delivering innovative solution & report according to agreed targets

-Working smartly, effective , open minded for developing approaches.

-Keep pace with scientific development in the field of emulsion polymerization

-Keep awareness of Intellectual Property by business field IP watching, IP filing and initialize publications

-Collaboration, cooperate and support internally with business partners (locally & globally) and peers (team members & other BU), such as Technical Service, Business Development, Production, Sales, Marketing, IP & Legal, Analytical & Synthesis, Silicone and Bio-Solutions etc.

-Writing experimental reports

-Leading technicians and/or junior scientists





REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

-Preferred Doctor or Master degree on chemistry or chemical engineering preferable macro-molecule science especially on emulsion polymerization and colloid system focus

-Working experiences in the R&D or Technical Service field in industry is beneficial

-Practical laboratory experience

-Strong analytical skills on polymer synthesis and structures

-Taking initiative, positive and keep curiosity character

-Fluent in English, understand German is an extra

-Having knowledge and/or experience on project management

-Basic IT knowledge

-Willingness to travel
