Purpose of the post

Translate business strategy to local HR strategy and roadmap within area of responsibility and develop, implement and run HR related programs, processes and tools
HR partnering of management for all HR related topics in the employee life cycle in the related areas of responsibility
Ensure lean and high quality HR services for all HR transactions
Ensure alignment in the country with regards to processes and policies, in compliance with local legislation
Strong ambassador of our MB values: Holistic, Passionate, Determined, Responsible

Main tasks
Support the strategic agenda of the business and Group HR by providing HR solutions
Provide coaching, advice and guidance on how to manage the people in the business
Build a strong business relationship with the business managers
Facilitate, challenge and coach people managers. Challenge the organizational structure and proposes changes
Manage succession & talent plans
Manage and contribute to global and local HR Projects and maintain strong network with Group HR and Global HR Team
Recruit personally direct reports of GM Commercial/Operations as well as other key functions
Ensure alignment in the Country with regards to processes and policies, in compliance with local legislation

Ensure HR services for all HR transactions such as:
? Payroll
? Social insurances & taxes
? Work time management
? HR administration
? Work- & residence permits
? Long- & short term assignments
? HR processes & -tools
? HR KPI’s / HR reports
? Expense managements
? Contract management

Skills and responsibilities Skills

University degree (Bachelor/Master level) in HRM or equivalent
Experience in operational and strategic HR Management, sound knowledge in all HR life cycles (attract, recruit, compensate, develop, redeployment) processes, tool and procedures.
Min. 8 years of experience as HR Business Partner or HR Manager in different industries as well as middle to large sized or matrix organized companies
Sound understanding of interdisciplinary business processes
Knowledge of financial processes and business processes outside the discipline
Leadership & project management experience
Found knowledge of local labor law
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
Strong client and service focus
High degree of autonomy and accountability
Able to work in a fast moving environment
Operational and conceptual level thinking and acting
Able to work in cross-functional teams
Hands-on, solution & result driven, reliable and transparent personality used to speak up
Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Full accountability for all HR processes and policies, in compliance and alignment with MB policies and local legislation
