Overview of the Role: Communications Supervisor, China

This candidate is expected to assist with Communications Director on driving Publicis Media’s corporate branding in China. The role will involve working with Communication Director on daily basis to promote latest developments, research studies, talent changes within the Publicis Media while also proactively building increasing exposure for our five agency brands, that are and five agency brands, that are Zenith, Starcom, Blue 449, MediaVest Spark, Performics within the market.

Key Responsibilities
? Support Comm director on implementing PR strategy and activities;
? Develop and maintain relationships with key journalists, especially trade and business media;
? Handle incoming media request, providing translation and research for senior executives as required;
? Manage Publicis Media’s key owned media platforms, including website, Wechat and Weibo;
? Manage key awards, collect and submit the entries as required;
? Daily media monitor and produce quarterly PR report based on media monitor;

? Maintain good relationship with key journalists and industry event organizers;
? Committed to advocating company vision, culture and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the organizer’s overall corporate image;
Competencies
? Good communication skills and team work spirit
? Know social media and willing to learn, self-motivated
? A good copywriter in both English and Chinese
? Self-motivated

Attributes
? 3-5 years’ experience in PR position at MNC PR agency or in-house or journalism background preferred;
? Excellent English and Chinese skills, both in written and oral;
