职位描述：
Key responsibilities:

1 Perform verification of ordered screw joint in prototype/pre-series assemblies.
2 Capability test screw joints equipment before assembly of prototypes.
3 Approval of type tested assembly tools. The results of approved tools is the base for all purchasing of new type of screw joint assembly equipment.
4 A website on Volvo cars intranet, that shows test results and which tools are approved as assembly equipment.
5 Screw joint verification reports handed to verification leaders and program management.
6 Measure results in each single PII and report the results to responsible manufacturing engineer.
7 Education in screw joint techniques to assembly plants, manufacturing engineers and R&D.
8 Support to manufacturing engineers and factory personnel in solving screw joints problems.
9 Delivery of results to the orders after performed testing.
Qualification:

1 Technical basic competence in technical college graduate level.
2 Volvo process knowledge and experience from production process
3 Knowledge in Volvo’s production development system as KDP, VQDC, PPA, CPSJ
4 Good knowledge in PC and Microsoft office
5 Speaking, reading and writing English is essential
6 Full of initiative and capacity for independent work
7 Social competence
