职位描述：

Provide claim service to customers and make sure all policy, process and requirements are well implemented. Control risk and manage good reputation.

Main Responsibilities

- Handle claims cases within claims authority align with claims manual. Guide claim assessor to handle cases

- Guide and train team members to improve their professionalism and make sure each KPI of operation is well-achieved

- Do market analysis regularly, and update claim policy/guideline based on it and make sure the risk control

- Implement claims service timeline and process to ensure smooth operation

- Involve communication with reinsurance and be sensitive of market information. Improve team professional skill.

- Plan claims work and encourage team member to think solutions of daily problems and take measures.

- Optimize claim process

Job requirements

- Bachelor and above, therapeutic/law/insurance is preferred

- At least 3 years team management, 6 years experience in life insurance

- Training skill and product development

- Good communication
