Position Title Associate Business Development Director-Resorts

Location Shanghai (business travel when needed)
Responsibilities
? Develop and execute on a whole market development strategy to achieve short term, and strategic long term business growth.
? Evaluate viability of potential projects through financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence, market research, and other suitable methodologies.
? Monitor industry trend on both national & global scale by collecting economic and marketing data and relevant third-party report, establishing business development database.
? Proven ability in preparing hotel P&L’s and management contracts / legal documents (LOI, MOU, NDA, etc.)
? Develop and manage relationships with hotel owners, brokers, REITs, joint venture partners and investment firms; as well as internal colleagues.
? Source and develop potential projects for naked resorts.
? On-site visit and other ad-hoc duties required.
? Active negotiate and build/maintain relationship with landlords.

Requirements

? At least Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar domain. Preferably in hotel management or business administration.
? At least 5 years experience as a hotel developer in well known brand hotel management company with track record of closing substantial hotel project deals; or relevant real estate-related background
? Proven ability to implement contracts using superior negotiation and presentation skills.
? Versatile, flexible, adapt quickly to change and connect: you are excited by fast-paced, fast-changing environments.
? Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit.
? Strong business development capability and forward thinking.
? Results driven with ability to both manage and execute projects.
? Be fully fluent in Chinese and English and writes well. 举报 分享
