The Technical Solution Manager is responsible for developing Synopsys Professional Services business within an assigned region and/or account. The successful candidate partners with the Synopsys Sales team and the Professional Services Design Engineering team to qualify services opportunities and develop proposals aligned with our service offerings. The TSM will maintain an in-depth technical knowledge of specific service offerings to support collateral development and sales campaigns. The TSM will also serve as a customer advocate to assure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Drives customer feedback into marketing to ensure alignment with business and market trends. Travels to customer sites as needed to support business development.
Requirements:
Technical Solution Managers are expected to have in-depth knowledge of the entire, front-end and back-end, SoC design and methodologies with hands-on technical and project leadership experiences. They need the ability to clearly articulate how Synopsys Professional Services offerings fit into the customer's needs. Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills are a must. Deep Synopsys tool experience is desired, but not required. Technical leadership and project management experience is required. Marketing, sales or sales support experience is required.MSEE, or equivalent, required with 10+ years design experience, or BSEE with 12+ years design experience. Design experience should include IP/Core and SoC design. 2+ years of project management and technical leadership is a must. MBA and 2+ years of marketing/sales experience preferred. 举报 分享
