Finance Accounting Stabilus China (Report to Finance Manager)
STABILUS is the world-market-leader for gas springs and dampers. Approx. 3,000 employees manufacture quality to the highest reliability standards in 11 plants around the world. Our products help to make automobiles, furniture, and machines safer and more comfortable.

To achieve these goals, we are looking to reinforce our team with a:
Finance Accounting for our plant in Changzhou (China) (Greater Shanghai Area)
Your duties: Financial Accounting 主导/参与过高新技术企业申报项目的优先
- Responsibility for daily accounting and bookkeeping with SAP R/3 in coordination with according
STAB departments.
负责在SAP中进行日常帐务处理，并保持与STAB财务部要求一致
- cash/banking handling 现金/银行业务
- accounts receivable 应收帐款业务
- accounts payable 应付帐款业务
- fixed assets 固定资产业务
- Bookkeeping of monthly and annual closings according to local and group specifications
根据当地与集团公司的要求，开展财务月度与年度结账工作
- Adherence to local and legal regulations (including tax returns and payment of taxes)
遵守当地与法律规定（包括退税与税款支付等）
- Facilitating group audit and PRC audit
协助集团公司审计与国内审计工作
- Documentation / Reporting (within the framework of agreements with STAB)
文件与报表（与STAB框架一致）
- financial statements (monthly, annual, plan) 财务报表（月报，年报，计划）
- STCN-internal reporting STCN内部报表
Secondary Duties:
- Attend continuous education and professional training events and communicate the acquired
knowledge to coworkers
参加持续教育与职业培训，并与同事互相探讨获得知识
- Follow existing procedural/work instructions and manuals (e.g., STAB Accounting Guidelines) in
daily activities
日常工作中遵循现有工作程序、作业指导书与工作指南（如：STAB财务指导方针）
Our requirements:
- Education: university bachelor or master degree with major in finance or accounting.
财会类本科或研究生学历
- Qualification:assistant accountant or above certificate will be preference.
助理会计师及以上职称
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Financial and Accounting department.
至少两年以上相关财务工作经验
- Must speak English, in addition to Chinese (some or a good knowledge of German would be a plus).
良好的英语读写听说沟通能力(懂德语更好)
- Experience with MS-Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook or adequate)
良好的Office软件操作技能
- Experience with German (or European) culture and understanding of German (or European) work attitude
(i.e. has studied in Germany/Europe for a while or has worked in Germany/Europe for some years or worked for
A German/European company in China for some years) or alternatively.
