职位描述：
主要职责：
1. 使用统计编程工具对数据进行分析
2. 对相应的数据项目，按要求开展分析建模等工作
3. 就项目协助报告撰写
4. 与团队有效沟通，协助其他日常工作

要求：
1. 数学、统计、精算、物理、计算机等专业2017/2018年毕业的硕士/博士研究生
2. 熟悉至少一门数据编程语言，如 R/Python/SAS，熟悉Excel、PPT等office软件。
3. 有数据分析项目经验, 熟悉回归分析、数据挖掘、统计建模等
4. 保证不少于三个月的实习期, 每周不少于三天
5. 能够熟练使用英文进行日常读写交流和工作沟通，
