职位描述：
1. 为酒店全体员工提供始终如一的热情友好服务
2. 根据座位安排计划进行餐厅布置
3. 保证餐厅在开餐前后的卫生状况
4. 在开餐前检查并确保食物饮品的质量、外观和温度
5. 按需及时补充食物饮品
6. 员工用餐结束后及时清理桌面
7. 向员工餐厅主管及时汇报任何员工投诉
8. 获取员工意见和反馈，向员工餐厅主管汇报以保证和提高员工满意度
9. 确保各项设备始终运行良好、整洁干净
10. 向员工餐厅主管汇报任何维修和保养问题
11. 正确清洁所有家具、装置和设备，确保其良好的使用状态
12. 检查库存以便进行日常需求申请
13.协助月度盘存
14. 保证食物饮品无浪费
15. 确保贯彻执行酒店关于卫生、消毒、消防和应急的各项政策与程序
16. 定期或按要求进行深层清洁
17. 确保所有员工刷卡后就餐
